Followed the update instructions at https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... date_full/. I was able to get to step 8, but when I go to /install/app.php/update I get the error message "The requested page could not be found." I checked that /install.app.php exists in my forum root directory via FileZilla.

If (after uploading the 3.3.12 files) you have /install in your board root (full package), all you need to do (navigating to your board will automatically load the install) is to use the graphical interface and use update database only.just make sure that before uploading the install package, you've deleted /installer and /production from/cache)

If you have previously abandoned an update attempt to try a different method, you will need to remove the following files from the server:

store/install_config.php

store/io_lock.lock

use "update database only"
