I have moved the domain to new web provider. I have installed the phpBB forum again.
I was surprised at how smoothly it went. No error messages. I logged into the admin panel, set the basic details, and logged out. Overnight I thought about how best to upload the original database. Today I logged in again. I wanted to log into the admin panel. It no longer works. I received a message:
Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. So I am an administrator, but I can only log in as a user.
