Thanks for the response. I now have the site up & but it's the page that states: Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.Ask your hosts if they're blocking the site on mod_security for some reason.
They may have noticed a lot of uploading and the server security has dropped the hammer to mistakenly 'protect' the site.
When I do that, the site becomes unreachable
