for a moment I thought the extension did this: as you can see the code is colored and not green

Could you describe in more detail what you meant regarding the colors? I assume you're referring to the coloring of attributes and BBCode content. I've updated the screenshots to show how it looks with BBCode attributes.

Do you have any suggestions on which elements should be highlighted, and how you'd prefer them to be colored?
