Please describe your problem. Once I update the DB using the install path folder like I usually do,It breaks my Admin Control Panel with an error and also screams about gfuzzle.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on Linux.

My board uses IIS latest version with PHP 8.4.6

Even setting permission recursively to the phpbb app directory throws this error.


I get this error on the update menu but the db updates successfully.
