A new page would be great, I think - like the Active Topics or Unanswered Topics pages, but sorted by number of bookmarks. I wonder if some board-wide threshold would be required, like a minimum of X bookmarks, to avoid a page that literally would have all the topics in it...
A stat/search would be nice too. To be used inside a forum, sort topics by number of bookmarks for example...
